Latest Publication

In our latest Lab on a Chip article entitled “Enabling continuous immune cell recirculation on a microfluidic array to study immunotherapeutic interactions in a recapitulated tumour microenvironment,” we developed a tumor chip system that recapitulated the dynamics between immunotherapeutic agents (anti-PD-LI antibody), tumor microenvironment (triple-negative breast cancer cells, tumor stroma and endothelium) and immune cells (CD8+ T cell).

Highlights

Gene editing

Emerging CRISPR technologies provide new opportunities to advance gene therapy. Efficient delivery and gene targeting specificity are the two keys to realizing the full potential of CRISPR gene editing. We are tackling these two main barriers via both delivery and molecular engineering innovations.
